Are deposits required?

Yes. We ask for a £100 booking fee of the full amount, we will require no longer than 1 week after the day of booking to safely secure the date. This will need to be sent via bank transfer.  

How long in advance should I book?

We want to give you as much time as possible to avoid any unnecessary stresses. Ideally between 3 to 12 months is the best time to book.

Can you show some previous footage?

Of course, we are always happy to share out previous work. Our social media accounts and website contain many examples of the work. We can also privately send some examples.

How long until we can see our wedding video?

Allow us around 3 - 4 weeks to finish a first draft, this will ensure the edit is crafted to the best of our ability. We also offer ONE free second draft if there is anything you would like us to change or unsure about.

After a second draft we will have to charge for any further edits as this can take up a lot of time.

How far away do you operate?

We usually operate within Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, and Greater London. Anywhere outside of these counties would require a travel fee to cover fuel costs.

What if I have to cancel due to reasons out of my control

We may offer a full-refund if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Some of those reasons may include; illness and Government changes in COVID-19 guidelines.
