Are deposits required?

Yes. Deposits are payable no longer than 48 hours after the day of booking. This ensures the date is secured with G&S. The deposit amount wil vary between packages... you can find more about this on our Packages page.

How long in advance should I book?

We want to give you as much time as possible to plan for your special day.

Ideally between 3 to 12 months is the best time to book.

Can we see some previous footage?

Of course, we are always happy to share our previous work. Our social media sites and our website will feature most of our examples.

How long until we can see our wedding video?

Allow between 6 - 8 weeks for a first draft, this will ensure the edit is crafted to the best of our ability. We also offer ONE free second draft if there is anything you would like changed or amended.

After a second draft, we will have to charge for any further edits as this can take up a lot of time.

How far away do you operate?

We usually operate within Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Greater London.

What if I have to cancel due to reasons out of my control?

We may offer a full-refund if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Some of those reasons may include; illness and Government changes in COVID-19 guidelines. Each case will be determined on a circumstance basis.
